Has been a part of the drilling industry since a very young age and is a 3rd generation driller. Marchus has over 20 years’ experience covering Rab, Aircore, Reverse circulation and Diamond drilling, from Geotech to deep directional diamond drilling and deep RC holes. He has spent the past 10 years working OHS/HR management, Operations to General Management and now the Managing Director.
Marchus is motivated to provide all clients with a quality professional service with no exceptions to safety or quality. Marchus is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.

Daryl Milne – An Exploration professional and Manager/Supervisor, with over 30 years’
experience which has been gained in the drilling industry.
A successful operational and people leader with exceptional communication
skills who excels at coaching, leading teams to achieve safety and production
targets, as well as delivering to the planned budget.
Looking to use his extensive drilling experience to lead a successful
exploration/drilling operation that values employee’s safety and delivers
results.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Daniel Borg
Daniel has been in the industry for over 20 years.
His experience started out as a mechanic that led into the drilling industry where he has built an appetite for the drilling industry.
In the 20+ years Daniel has undergone new rig builds, rig rebuilds and has also drilled and run machines, so Daniel has the knowledge of what is required to ensure our fleet is up to date and reliable.
